We envision Taema as a destination in constant evolution and thus approach its building in different stages
Stage 1 - a new destination
Stage 1 includes the entrance of Taema, the commercial area, apartment buildings, single-family houses, a boutique hotel, and the Casa Club. This first stage also contains the construction of the master network of roads and operational infrastructure which will be used for the next phases.
Stage 2 - the Airpark
In the stage 2, the private landing strip will be available, and houses around it will be built. Additionally, Stage 2 also includes the construction of the entire infrastructure which will serve for all the plane-related services, like a high standard private FBO, as well as a grand tourism hotel and nature-oriented amenities.
